Took part in project oriented work regarding management and employee challenges in making the public sector more effective, internal restructuring as a consequence of external restructuring of the Danish public sector and initiatives regarding ethnic nurses.

2003 – 2004

Management Agency Funen regarding accommodation and health services for asylum seekers. The primary tasks were economic feasibility studies, budgeting, the working out of Finance Act proposals, preparing meetings and negotiations with internal and external stakeholders.

1999 – 2000

A staff function in the presidents secretariat with the task of supplying the president, the general council, other secretariats and local divisions with economical, statistical and political expertise. Among the tasks were analysis of economic trends, sector analysis, employment analysis, salary and employment statistics, drafting memos, briefs and different ad hoc tasks.

1998 – 1999
Assistant at the Danish Social Democrats in the European Parliament (Bruxelles, Belgium)
The job primarily consisted of analysis and administrative case work in the committees of “Economic and Monetary Affairs”, “Industry, Research and Energy” and “Transport and Tourism” where I served as advisor for the Danish Member of the European Parliament Niels Sindal.
Among other tasks were negotiations and meetings with politicians and representatives from the industry, speech writing and lectures for visitor groups.
