Den fräna lukten sticker i näsan. Träden dör och grönskan försvinner. Varningstecknen är tydliga, och förbud råder sedan över tio år mot import av elektroniskt avfall till Kina. Ändå är det i Longtangs över tusen "svarta fabriker" som en stor del av västvärldens elektroniska avfall till slut hamnar.
